If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. We accept returns for products purchased directly from speedyrapic.com under the following conditions:

  • The item is in new, unused, and resellable condition.
  • The item is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
  • Gift cards or any form of store credits.
  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective or damaged).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Ship the Item Back: Once you receive a return authorization, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible) and ship it to the following address:

    You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Refunds

  • Full Refund: If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding shipping costs (unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product).
  • Partial Refund: If the returned item is damaged or shows signs of use, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the item.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item. The return process for the unwanted item will follow the same steps as above.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@speedyrapic.com or (985) 792-4559. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the item has been shipped, the cancellation will not be possible, and you will need to follow the return process.
